Sunday Telegraph praises Instant Cities
As of right now, there are roughly 3,415 travel applications available for the iPhone in the UK. Give or take a few.
Of those 3,415 apps, yesterday’s Sunday Telegraph recommended just six to its readers. The phenomenal news is that our Instant Cities range of travel guides for the iPhone are amongst the six, beating serious competition from heavyweight travel guide publishers like Lonely Planet and Frommers.
In summing up his reasons for recommending Instant Cities, Sunday Telegraph writer Donald Strachan says that “clever design… easy navigation and innovative use of photos are the hallmark of these guides.”
It’s brilliant news for us, ahead of a manic three months where we’re making significant improvements to the Instant Cities range (including improved search and interactive offline maps) and expanding the range with new titles, including Instant London.
Thanks to the Donald and the Telegraph for the glowing review, it’s really appreciated! Paul
